Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

SalesSharp is run by Outperform Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of SalesSharp, including the app at app.salessharp.co.uk, Coach, MessageSharp and the WhatsApp service ("SalesSharp"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

Please give accurate details when you sign up. Keep your login private: you're responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

3. What SalesSharp does

SalesSharp helps you keep track of your sales opportunities and customers, and gives you AI coaching and suggested messages. We keep improving it, so features may change, be added or be removed over time.

4. Price, payment and cancelling

  • SalesSharp costs £29 a month including VAT, paid monthly in advance by card. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • There's no contract. You can cancel at any time from Business profile → Billing, and you'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
  • We don't give refunds for part months.
  • If a payment fails we may pause your access until it's sorted.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use SalesSharp for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading messages
  • try to get into parts of SalesSharp or other people's data you're not meant to
  • share your login with people outside your business
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer or overload SalesSharp

6. AI suggestions

Coach and MessageSharp use artificial intelligence. Their suggestions are there to help you think, not to replace your own judgement, and they can be wrong. Please check anything before you rely on it or send it. You're responsible for the messages you send and the decisions you make.

7. Your data

  • What you put into SalesSharp (your opportunities, customers, contacts and notes) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it so we can run the service for you.
  • You're responsible for having the right to store the details of the people you add, in line with UK data protection law.
  • To run SalesSharp we use trusted providers: OpenAI and Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), Twilio (WhatsApp), plus our hosting and email providers. They only process your data to provide their part of the service.
  • We never sell your data.
  • If you close your account, email us and we'll delete your data, except anything we have to keep by law (such as invoices).

8. Our content

The SalesSharp software, design, coaching method and content belong to Outperform Services Ltd. You can use them while you're a customer, but not copy or share them without our written permission.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep SalesSharp running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. Sometimes we'll need to take it down for maintenance or fixes.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or any indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can cancel at any time (see section 4). We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, and we'll tell you why.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll email you about any important changes. If you keep using SalesSharp after a change, you're accepting the new Terms.

13. The law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be decided by the courts of England and Wales.
